Meet Our Graduates, Class of 2026

Alice Koval, Living Wisdom High School Class of 2026

Alice Koval

Alice has brought a grounded yet light energy to Living Wisdom High School across four years of dynamic growth. A friend to all, Alice is also athletic, creative, and intellectually curious. She moves fluidly between powerlifting competitions — competing in California meets her senior year — videography and stop-motion filmmaking, ecology coursework at Foothill College, and running her own handmade jewelry business. Her work in photography, film, and claymation reflects a storyteller's instinct: patient, observant of fine details, and with an eye for beauty. Whether on the volleyball court or gym floor, behind a camera, or deep in focused study, she brings the same quiet determination and attention to detail to everything she does.

Alice will attend Loyola Marymount University this fall, studying Biology and Film.

Ada Koftinoff, Living Wisdom High School Class of 2026

Ada Koftinoff

Ada moves through the world with energy and direction. A dedicated figure skater since she could walk, she is working toward her national debut in the U.S. Figure Skating Novice bracket in 2027 — landing double axels and salchows along the way. Her artistic life is equally disciplined: eleven years of ballet, recognition as a CSMA Merit Scholar pianist, and a vocal journey that brought her to perform at Carnegie Hall this February and will take her to London's Royal Festival Hall this summer. Ambitious, adventurous, and always ready for what's next, Ada leaves Living Wisdom with a balance of joy and responsibility that will carry her far.

Ada will take a gap year before college to train full-time toward a professional career in figure skating.

Mariana Leaver, Living Wisdom High School Class of 2026

Mariana Leaver

Mariana joined Living Wisdom as a sophomore and quickly awoke here to a deep joy in learning — driven, curious, and deeply motivated from within. Chemistry became her academic passion, leading her to college-level coursework, a Teaching Assistant position, and hands-on medical experience, including a summer program at Georgetown and a summer internship at the Stanford VA where she spent hours shadowing doctors, attending surgeries, and assisting autopsies. Outside the classroom, she is equally bold: hiking the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim, trekking Yosemite's backcountry, adventuring and serving in Italy, and training competitively in gymnastics. Mariana is recognized as a National Merit Commended Student, placing her in the top 2.6% of test takers nationwide. Mariana heads to college on a pre-med track, majoring in chemistry.

Mariana will attend Saint Olaf College this fall, studying Chemistry on a pre-med track.

Shreya Tiwari, Living Wisdom High School Class of 2026

Shreya Tiwari

Shreya is a young woman of noteworthy range. A gifted vocalist, she anchors the soprano section of the school choir and last year performed as lead alto with our small ensemble touring cities across India. This year, with a newfound love for photography and film, you might find her behind a camera or directing the documentary film of the school's service trip to Hawaii. She teaches in the Living Wisdom aftercare program and is engaged in the Education for Life teacher training — work that has deepened her understanding of what motivates the human spirit. Volleyball, running, karate, theater, a love of literature, and a night hike to Half Dome round out a high school journey that has formed courage and curiosity, and awakened a lioness-like willingness to rise to the occasion and give life her heart.

Shreya will attend UC Santa Cruz this fall and is considering a major in Psychology.
